Baby Dove

 I met a pretty one
She's  jolly and fun
What I felt was new
My soul was stunned
I loved much about her
That I was going insane
From my roots to stem
Like a consuming flame,
I can clearly remember
She had a juicy nature
A really spicy texture
With the finest structure
Her body was slender
With a soul of wonder
The smile was tender
It made me stutter
Her attitude was nice
So blessed and precise
I longed for her comfort
But quaked at her presence.

I was blind and also dumb
Drowning in her essence
She was my daily crush
Her ways made me blush
I liked her beautiful mind
She was a wonderful kind
A great believer in peace
I called her ambassador
She's a soul I dearly miss
From the day I found her,
I wanted her to be mine
Because she was divine
She's gentle and delighted
Attractively well endowed
To easily appeal to any one.

When I'd look into her eyes
Those two gorgeous pearls
Like chocolate in a milky way
All I saw were graceful skies
With no sign of cloudy grey,
I wanted to dive into her soul
To be the warmth to her heart
I call her baby dove
For I missed my single shot
Which scared her astray
And I watched her fly away.
So I lost a treasure on my heart
I only told one soul this secret
Who gave me reasons to feel okay
And take the focus off my regret
But I realised that either way
This wasn't my card to play.

Love At First Sight

It was a really aimless day Til i saw her that day Her friends had gone She was sitting all alone Busy staring at her phone Like she's stuck and static Like she'd lost all her magic It made me feel empathetic But she still looked stunning I really felt like  approaching My emotions were spiking She had a gorgeous physic Like some marvelous mystic She had worn a fabulous fabric She looked cool so effortlessly Skin looked smooth seamlessly All in all looked good flawlessly So I decided to get up my chair But I guess my fate was unfair She was already part of a pair For she was waiting for her date Whom I guess was running late My heart dropped at a fast rate When he sat right next to her My eyes straight looking at her Still mesmerised at sight of her Her face had such a stunning glow My heartbeat was hitting like a blow I hoped we'd have a flow But i was dying on the low I later slowly took my seat I had to accept my defeat And catch up my heartbeat Then i heard somebody gre...

Prayer Full Poem

You don't need to kneel Or stamp on your heels It starts from your heart That feeds on your thoughts Your spirit news the mind On the words it receives Are you the curious kind On everything you perceive? Don't beg when you pray Stop repeating what you say But in your time of secret As you humble yourself Believe you have received And you'll surely have them It's like a deep well of faith And your bucket is the hope Which is willing to receive, First believe in the true God Then seek divine wisdom So you stop pushing on doors To which you hold the lock's key. Ignorance leads to death Knowledge preserves life, If you're not wise enough to learn how to swim The day that you'll drown Is the day you may die. Know how to swim before diving in Know how to pray before you kneel Learn how to get your results from prayer Before you blame God for not being there. Humble yourself before Him That you may be exalted Pray your faith never fails And you may not be tempted ...

Special Attraction

She posted about her status She's tired of being single And with my marital status I was openly ready to mingle As long as she was available, Besides being my preference She had a stunning essence I'd love a chance to impress And treat her like a goddess When I saw her appearance I really longed her presence Then by a lucky coincidence I got a shot at meeting her. I was praying she'd see me I was exploding in my inside Hoping fate's on my side I boldly decided to say "Hi" But just as I was going by She simply passed me by I then ate my humble pie Almost let my emotion die But at least I knew i tried. Later I was thinking of her And I decided to text her As i awaited reply from her I had all kind of imaginations Til I got her simple explanation, She said she'd worn earphones That's why she passed me by So I let the bygones be bygones And began to give it another try With so much zeal I had for her I started by beating around the bush Til I boldly expres...
