Visible Voices

We meet people every week But there's that special one Who has a way to make you weak More than anybody can... There's this person I met I can't stop thinking about Never gone on a date But I think of this one a lot Every suggestion the person makes Is more brilliant than I could bet I'm changing in many ways By a touch of the intellect. A wonderfully blended mixture Sweet voice with a cool accent Gorgeous eyes with a neat texture Cool smile and a subtle scent Too nice not to believe So precise in how to perceive Fine architecture in God's eyes When we speak time flies I wish I would let you know But some things should gently flow Not all that glitters is gold This one sparkles like crystal And the more I listen I always want a little more A heart that's so genuine From a spirit of royalty If I could reach the soul I would never let go! These are the voices in my head Every day and in my bed In the dark where pity comes to play: You can't be bold enough You&

In the Spotlight

You know that feeling when You do wrong to people And you're later forgiven But everytime with them It feels awkward again; Or when you dump her And then start to regret Because you want to go back But there's no way she'll accept. Those feelings of regret so heavy That you can't express freely Those mixed emotions so deadly They easily kill your personality And so painfully humiliating You walk with your head hanging. These embarrassing encounters Are experienced by everyone alive In many different scenarios: When they try to fit in new company And end up trying too hard to please When one stands up in protest And no-one stands with him Or when you meet that special person And get that weird feeling Which causes things to go wrong; But we focus so much on ourselves Forgetting others also do struggle, Every mind is dangerously fragile Every heart is easily broken And every soul can get lonely. You're in charge of who you are Many sugges

Genuine Hypocrite

"I'll debate with your friends And laugh with your enemies" Well that's something else This is a different breed; Living with a whole mess Becoming a withered seed You'll never know how to guess Because we are lost in deed Having life like a nomad Just scared of getting bored Because unique isn't interesting When none is understanding So you camouflage in the mix And loose yourself to critics Being controlled so long You could mimic any puppet Well who's the Hypocrite, The user or the slave? Well to be sincere, One is pretending in fear Becoming something else In a highly untamed gear. Don't blame the weather When you are cold When your mind is so clear Of garments being sold; Embrace  elevation Don't act blind Tell if the lights are off Turn them on in your mind And let the flight to revelation Just take you on . When moving with people Linked from end up to end Like beads on a necklace You sync more and shine less Stray alone, you're a trait

Choking on Air

Feels so easy to move on these days Is it growth or I'm changing my ways Everyday's like a new play of Déjà vu With the same way of going through We do so many things just to please Having hope to put our minds at ease People trust you more than you believe At times you mess up what they give They say they are willing to enlighten But they speak more than they listen I feel like the whole system contradicts I'm lost and my esteem has conflicts I would like to speak for every one else But their hearts may be in a different place. I feel like water on ice, letters on dice Or a coin with no value set as a price I hear "I love you" but I don't feel loved I hear the praises but I don't feel raised The desire to give is lost in the pressure Even if I'm to give, I lack what to share I would like to critic but who am I anyway I'm confused but "you're unique" they say Being afraid of what I don't understand No one to explain so my head

Prayer Full Poem

You don't need to kneel Or stamp on your heels It starts from your heart That feeds on your thoughts Your spirit news the mind On the words it receives Are you the curious kind On everything you perceive? Don't beg when you pray Stop repeating what you say But in your time of secret As you humble yourself Believe you have received And you'll surely have them It's like a deep well of faith And your bucket is the hope Which is willing to receive, First believe in the true God Then seek divine wisdom So you stop pushing on doors To which you hold the lock's key. Ignorance leads to death Knowledge preserves life, If you're not wise enough to learn how to swim The day that you'll drown Is the day you may die. Know how to swim before diving in Know how to pray before you kneel Learn how to get your results from prayer Before you blame God for not being there. Humble yourself before Him That you may be exalted Pray your faith never fails And you may not be tempted

Covid Heroes

We entered 2020 with plenty of dreams But finished the year with plenty of death No one expected the Covid 19 As we were closing up 2019 Many laughed calling it a white man's disease Until the lockdown when we couldn't move with ease Many were locked up and felt hopeless Apart from essential workers Like nurses and doctors Who went on the frontline, to fight corona virus Made their lives vulnerable to save others Suffocating in masks and watching many die Putting on protective gear to help the infected Some were under paid but served the best way Others under experienced but helped either way Living in quarantine away from family Shaking under their skin scared of calamity Acting brave infront of everyone else Breaking down amongst themselves But fighting on, to keep the world safe Hoping for a day they'll breath without a mask While executing well their every day task, Every one was worried but a few stood out Health workers became heroes and truly hel

Baby Dove

I met a pretty one She's  jolly and fun What I felt was new My soul was stunned I loved much about her That I was going insane From my roots to stem Like a consuming flame, I can clearly remember She had a juicy nature A really spicy texture With the finest structure Her body was slender With a soul of wonder The smile was tender It made me stutter Her attitude was nice So blessed and precise I longed for her comfort But quaked at her presence. I was blind and also dumb Drowning in her essence She was my daily crush Her ways made me blush I liked her beautiful mind She was a wonderful kind A great believer in peace I called her ambassador She's a soul I dearly miss From the day I found her, I wanted her to be mine Because she was divine She's gentle and delighted Attractively well endowed To easily appeal to any one. When I'd look into her eyes Those two gorgeous pearls Like chocolate in a milky way All I saw were graceful skies With no sign of cloudy grey, I wanted to
